Google Ads Management for Massage & Wellness Clinics
We set up and run Google Ads for your clinic so you can focus on clients. You pay us a flat monthly management fee; your advertising budget is paid directly to Google from your own account.
What’s included
- Google Ads account setup under your business name
- Campaign build: search ads for the services and areas you want to grow
- Ongoing management and optimization
- A monthly report with your account’s cost, clicks and impressions
- Direct support by email
How billing works
- Management fee: CA$1,000/month plus applicable tax, billed by BookMassage.ca
- Ad spend: billed directly by Google to the card on your own Google Ads account — it is not part of our fee
- You receive our invoice (with tax) every month by email; Google’s invoices come from your Google Ads account, and we can forward them to you
- Minimum term: 3 months, or as stated in your offer
Transparency
You always know what your advertising costs and how it performs:
- Each client has a separate Google Ads account in the client’s business name.
- Every month you get your account’s cost, clicks and impressions. Costs are reported exactly as charged by Google, excluding our fee.
- You can ask for your Google Ads Customer ID at any time.
- No one can guarantee a specific ad position on Google — ad placement is decided by Google’s auction in real time. We will never promise a “#1 spot”.
Google publishes a guide for businesses working with third-party partners: Advertiser guide: Working with third parties.

Google Ads Management Terms
Version 2026-09-27
- Service. We set up and manage a Google Ads account for your business, including campaign structure, keywords, bids, ad copy, targeting and optimization. Our strategies, keyword lists and settings are our work product and are not provided as a deliverable.
- Fees. The management fee is CA$1,000 per month plus applicable taxes, unless a different amount is stated in your promo offer. Google advertising costs are billed separately and directly by Google to you and are not part of this fee.
- Promo offers. A promo code applies its discount for the number of months stated in your offer. After that period, the monthly fee becomes the discounted fee increased by the percentage stated in your offer (5% unless stated otherwise), and then stays the same.
- Reporting. Each month we provide your account’s cost, clicks and impressions, with costs reported exactly as charged by Google. We provide your Google Ads Customer ID on request.
- Accounts. Each client has a separate Google Ads account with the client’s own payment profile. We access it through our manager account.
- No guarantees of position. Ad positions and results are determined by Google and cannot be guaranteed.
- Billing and cancellation. The fee is charged monthly in advance and renews automatically. The minimum term is 3 months, or the term stated in your offer. You may cancel in writing (email support@bookmassage.ca); a cancellation requested during the minimum term takes effect at the end of the minimum term, and billing continues until then. After the minimum term, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. Fees already paid are not refunded.
- Taxes and invoices. Applicable GST/HST is added based on your billing address and shown on each invoice.
- Google policies. We follow Google’s third-party policy. See also Google’s Advertiser guide: Working with third parties.
